ZUMBA CLASSES

Zumba combines a total body cardio and aerobic training which provides a large calorie consumption. A person burns 300 to 900 calories in a single session of zumba. It is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, it’s no wonder that this confidence-boosting, rhythmic workout is such a hit.

GROUP CLASSES

Fit2max gym provides group classes, encompasses all forms of exercise performed in a group environment, undertaken by a personal trainer or group trainer.

SPINNING CLASSES

Fit2max gym provides spinning classes which is a high-intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary machine with a heavy, weighted flywheel that is attached to the pedals.

The effect is a fixed gear bike (like a road/track bike) – your legs are constantly moving and you have to apply pressure to slow them down. Every class tends to be different focusing on both speed and endurance .It’s great for weight loss as one single spinning class session can burn up to 700 calories. 

It increases cardiovascular fitness as the class brings your heart rate up and down throughout its duration which will in turn make you fitter. Spinning will not only help your overall fitness but will make a noticeable difference to your cycling. It will improve the strength in your legs and also help to toughen up your backside.

CIRCUIT CLASSES

Fit2maxgym provides circuit classes, which is a form of body conditioning or high intensity aerobics resistance training. It’s aimed at building strength and muscle endurance. A “circuit” exercise is a completion of all specified program exercises.

CROSSFIT TRAINING

CrossFit combines a series of cardiovascular exercise, body-weight strength training, gymnastics, and weightlifting into fast paced, total-body workouts. The varied movements and little rest makes it interesting and breathtaking that lasts anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. It is a form of High Intensity Power Fitness (HIPT).

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING


High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT is a really time efficient workout in which you give 100% effort for short periods of time, followed by short recovery periods. The training sessions usually follow a circuit taking in a range of body-weight, light-weight and cardio exercises.
